Service Description

Clearing, excavating, and grubbing is a crucial phase in any kind of land development. Whether you are changing an existing site or starting work on a raw piece of land, you will likely need to clear and grub the site before it is ready for development. After a property has been surveyed, vegetation and surface debris are removed. Clearing refers to the removal of all vegetation such as trees and large shrubs, while grubbing is the removal of roots that may remain in the soil. This service includes the removal of all logs, brush, and debris, as well as removal of stumps. Once this is completed, the site will be ready to start grading, install driveways, and create drainage.
